Hilton Haridwar — India's largest banquet lighting installation.
Three parallel runs of 27 metres each, delivered under a single project lead from shop drawing to final handover.
The brief: three perfect parallel runs, each 27 metres long.
Hilton Haridwar needed banquet lighting that would read as one continuous visual element — not a sequence of pendants assembled to look long. Three runs, set in parallel, with dimensional and electrical continuity across the span.
For hospitality at this scale, the hard problem isn't the fixture design. It's the joinery, alignment, and load management across a 27-metre run — and the ability to sequence three of them identically.
Four problems buried inside one fixture.
Any 27-metre run is a structural question before it's a lighting question. Deflection, thermal expansion, joinery tolerance, electrical continuity — each compounds at scale.
At Hilton Haridwar, we were solving four problems simultaneously: segment joinery that stayed invisible from below, electrical continuity with no visible break, identical alignment across three parallel runs, and a hanging protocol that could be installed inside the building's critical-path window.
Three weeks of validation. Six weeks of production. Four days on site.
Shop drawing & mockup
A full-scale 3-metre section was built in the factory and lit exactly as it would be at Hilton. Joinery tolerance and electrical continuity were validated before any bulk production started.
Sequenced production
Segments were produced in paired batches across our metal factory, ensuring finish and alignment consistency across all three runs. Every segment was matched, labelled and photographed before dispatch.
Factory test & pre-install rehearsal
All three runs were assembled and illuminated on the factory floor before dispatch. The install sequence was rehearsed in full, then disassembled for controlled shipping.
On-site hanging & commissioning
Install carried out in a four-day window around the hotel's MEP schedule. Dimming was commissioned with Hilton's F&B operations team present. Handover the same week.

The technical detail.
Every project is documented to this level at handover. Specs, finishes, electrical, and AMC terms are captured in a closeout dossier.
"A 27-metre run looks impossible from below. The work happens in shop drawing, segment control, and the four days on site. The hall doesn't remember any of that — only whether it lit correctly on opening night."Project Lead · Hilton Haridwar
