About

A hospitality execution business — built in India, by people who run projects.

Studio Anasa was set up to close a gap the hospitality industry in India has lived with for years — the distance between a well-drawn design and a well-executed hotel. Today we run on 100+ direct employees, 500+ contract staff, two factories, and a tight operating discipline that keeps projects moving when they otherwise wouldn't.

Who we are

A manufacturing company, first.

Ninety percent of our business is bespoke manufacturing — your designs, manufactured by us. The remaining ten percent draws from a catalogue of 5,000+ original designs developed in-house over more than a decade.

We OEM for premium global lighting brands, which keeps our factories running to export-grade standards. When a hospitality client comes to us, they're getting those same standards — applied to a single hotel package with the ownership of a specialist partner.

How we work

Six steps from drawing to installed site.

01

Brief & intent

Design intent received, scope locked, BOQ agreed, timeline set.

First call within 48 hours. We share a feasibility read, mockup approach and an honest timeline — no templated proposals.
02

CAD & engineering

Shop drawings, driver spec, dimming protocols, MEP coordination.

Every drawing signed off before cutting steel. MEP coordination meetings with the design consultant and PMC team.
03

Mockup & swatch

Working mockup built and lit before any batch runs.

Physical mockup shipped to site or factory-viewed. Client-approved swatch becomes the batch reference.
04

Production

In-house manufacturing across metal, glass and assembly.

Dedicated project line on the floor. Photos shared weekly. Client QC welcome at any stage.
05

QC & dispatch

Assembled-and-lit testing. Staged dispatch.

Every fixture assembled-and-lit before packing. Damage-rate below 0.5% across 15,000+ units annually.
06

Install & AMC

Site install owned by our team. Multi-year AMC.

Site install by Anasa team — not contracted out. Five-year AMC included on every hospitality delivery.
Where we operate

Three locations — one operating system.

Each location has a specific role. None duplicate. The hand-off between them is tracked daily.

Business model

How we actually work with clients.

Practical notes on commercial terms, engagement structure and what to expect financially. We keep this transparent so conversations move quickly.

Bespoke manufacturing

Ninety percent of our work is your designs, manufactured by us. We take drawings from the design team, engineer them, and produce them in-house. The design IP stays with the client.

Not on consignment

We do not operate on consignment models. Each project is a defined scope with a defined commercial structure, which keeps incentives clean on both sides.

Direct relationships

We work directly with hotel groups, owners, PMCs and design consultants. No broker chains, no unverified sub-suppliers.

AMC & long-term support

Annual maintenance contracts are offered on all delivered projects. The install team that hands over the site is the same team available for subsequent service.

Operating beliefs

What the leadership team holds to — internally.

Four principles that guide how the business is run. These are not slogans; they shape specific decisions every week.

  • i

    Limit projects per team

Every lead has a ceiling on active projects. Saying no is a quality-control decision.

  • ii

    Attention density matters

We'd rather deliver 100 projects well than 200 chaotically. Growth is calibrated to capacity.

  • iii

    Ownership is the commercial product

The client isn't just buying lighting. They're buying the assurance that someone owns the outcome.

  • iv

    Transparency is faster than explanation

Open factories, open reports, open issues. It saves time on both sides.

Closing thought
The hotel doesn't care where the problem started. It only remembers whether someone owned it.
Meet us

Visit the factory. Meet the team.

The fastest way to understand whether we're the right partner is to walk one of our units. We host client visits in Noida and Moradabad, scheduled around active projects.
