We hire for the same thing we sell — execution discipline.
Anasa runs on a narrow set of operating principles and a high-attention culture. Projects get the people they need — which means the team is built deliberately, and every hire matters. If you've delivered hospitality work at this level, we'd like to talk.
What working here actually looks like.
We don't pitch ping-pong tables or unlimited leave. We pitch the work itself — its scale, its complexity, and the discipline we run it with. Four things that should matter to you if you're considering this.
-
i
Real ownership, early
Project leads carry projects end-to-end. No diffuse accountability, no committee decisions. If you run a project here, it's yours.
-
ii
Genuinely interesting work
Four-star and five-star hotel openings. Landmark airports. International residences. The clients are sophisticated and the briefs are hard.
-
iii
Short escalation chains
Issues escalate to leadership the same day they surface. Decisions move in days, not weeks. Politics is minimal because the operating discipline leaves no space for it.
-
iv
Controlled project load
Every role has a ceiling on concurrent projects. We don't optimise for utilisation — we optimise for attention. This is the single biggest cultural difference from most of the industry.
Active hires — 2026.
The roles below are live. If your profile is close to one of them — or close to the kind of work we do but not listed — we'd still like to hear from you.

A short, direct process.
No multi-round corporate gauntlet. We want to see your work, understand how you think, and give you a realistic view of the role in return.
Send a CV and a note
Email Sales@studioanasa.com with "Careers — [Role name]" in the subject. Attach your CV and a short note explaining why you're interested in this specific role.
Screening call
A 30-minute call to understand your experience, your motivations, and whether there's a fit on both sides. If it's not a fit, you'll hear why.
Work sample or case study
Depending on the role — a walkthrough of a project you've delivered, a design portfolio review, or a short technical exercise. We respect your time — no unpaid multi-day assignments.
Leadership conversation
A conversation with senior leadership — usually in Noida, sometimes on a factory walk. You'll meet the people you'd actually work with, not just HR.
Decision & offer
We make decisions within a week of the final conversation — either way. You'll get a direct answer and clear reasoning. If it's a yes, the offer follows the same day.
Not listed but interested?
If your profile doesn't match a specific role but you've done serious hospitality delivery work — production engineering, finish development, export-grade QC, brand-side project management — we still want to hear from you.
Send your CV to Sales@studioanasa.com with "Careers — General" in the subject line, and a short note on what you've built.
Talent matters. Operating discipline matters more. The best people here have both — and care about the second one more than the first.
